We had the good fortune of connecting with Rich “Habits” Rogers and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Rich “Habits”, how do you think about risk?
Risk taken is a major part of my success actually. I was told awhile ago chances make champions, I’m a big thinker. I think everything out as much as possible from the good things to the bad things. Before starting a film company (Creative Habits productions) with my business partner and my own personal investment company (Richabits LLC) I worked overnights in the ICU, and one day out the blue I said I’m not going back to work I’m figure out something to do thats gonna work for me. Started off stocking trading making lil money here and there. I was presented an investment opportunity from a friends dad that could benifit me. With the little money I made investing and had saved up I was able to get in on the opportunity in which I was able to make enough money to finally take a break and map out a plan to execute, which would be beneficial. I was able to use social media and find people with small established businesses that needed a littler help which could boost their business and also we both could profit. In the process I was linked up with a childhood friend that was into film and we started a film company had a short film in AMC theather in Philadelphia and Times Square in New York City. We have a very big announcement coming up from our film company that if executed right will change some lives. With taken the risk and not knowing what my next move really was I was able to execute my plan retire at age 35 and raise my 2 kids and live life and watch them grow.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Setting a positive example for my son, nephews, and little cousins knowing they are watching me and knowing how life can come at you fast, wanting to change that narrative. Some of my closest friends are either dead or in jail for a long time. So being able to basically beat the odds and do it the right way is something that’s rarely done where I come from. That’s a big plus for me just setting that tone that it’s able to come from absolutely nothing and be able to break generational curses not only for me but those that come after me

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
would hit Delasandro’s for a cheesesteak or Benihana for some good steak and shrimp. Hit up south street to get a slushy from Fat Tuesdays, check out the stores at king of Prussia mall. And can’t forget to go back to my old neighborhood for my aunts Mac n cheese n cornbread. And just cruise the city and site see

I just want to shoutout to everyone that believed in me supported me and encouraged me on my journey my son Rahjier that kept my thoughts positive and that inner ambition alive in me and also give a shout-out to the doubters and non supporters the love always gonna over power the hate.
