Hi Rev. Bertram “Be’Jay”, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I’ve been in ministry for 20 years. Of course winning souls for Christ and ministering to God’s people is great! But I wanted to do more to help people. So starting my life coaching business was an absolute must! Helping others in life through life coaching is very needed and important to me. It’s one thing to minister the Word to people but I truly believe that there’s much more that needs to happen with equipping others for life. So becoming a Certified Life Coach and starting a life coaching business was something I definitely needed to do.

My podcast recently won, “Podcast Of The Year”, at the 2022 Music Love Awards in Little Rock Arkansas.

I combined my ministry & business into BEJM Progressive Services LLC

My ministry/business is the home of my Life Coaching services and my Award Winning Podcast.
“The God’s Recording Podcast.” I started my podcast at age 11 on December 14, 2002. BEJM Progressive Services LLC is a Ministry & Business that is, “Equipping God’s People through His Word and Life Coaching.
