We had the good fortune of connecting with Raquel Ravenell & Erika Moore and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Raquel & Erika, how has your perspective on work-life balance evolved over time?
At first, we had to learn through trial and tribulation. We didn’t have set schedules, deadlines or weekly meetings. Therefore, we found it difficult to execute goals and create structure within our business. Now that we’ve begun weekly meetings, making lists, setting schedules and creating timelines , we’re able to develop a system that works for us. We also make sure that we schedule a few off days during the week to have time for ourselves and personal life. We find that it gives us the structure we need to create balance. We’re always open to adapt to any changes that need to be made for our business to be successful.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Whiskey and Rosemary is a lifestyle brand and business that focuses on craft cocktails, food, travel, events and experiences. We believe what sets us a part is the effort we take in connecting with everyday people who enjoy the quality and crafted lifestyle just as much as we do. We are most proud of turning what we love into a practice that elevates us to create a life we want. We’re excited to learn and experience more and to take our business to new heights.
It hasn’t been easy but our dedication and consistency has helped us grow as a business. We believe in having the will to keep going because if you stop, you’ll never know how far you can go. We choose to keep going through patience, reflection, preparation, planning and perseverance.
