Hi Randem, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Consistency and pure-minded synergistic relationships. We’ve always moved with integrity and are grateful to have done business with many incredible people over the years. These friends and partners offer their advice and experience to our students, allowing us to connect youth with speakers and mentors at the very top of their respective fields.

Additionally, our dedication to education and desire to see students succeed motivate everything we do and have allowed us to stay on track through ups and downs. We’re grateful for the opportunity to elevate the next generation and help them on the path to happy, productive lives!

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
We are a nonprofit organization revolutionizing music education for students. Our comprehensive, curriculum-driven programs empower students in various schools, youth centers, churches, and diverse youth-centered organizations. Leading with hands-on learning experiences and engaging field trips, we teach music creation, songwriting, business, branding, monetizing your talent, and more.

We’re most proud of the individual attention we’re able give to students and the transformation we help them achieve. Many organizations provide education, mentorship and employment opportunities, but what sets us apart is the convergence of all three. We pride ourselves on our track record of guiding our students to real positions in the creative fields, with over 50 graduates employed and counting. Students leave our programs not just with knowledge but with confidence, experience and a life-changing opportunity to get paid for what they love.
