We had the good fortune of connecting with Quinten Julian and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Quinten, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
It all started when I I was a child. I was gifted with creative talents which started to show when I would take lego kits and throw the instructions away to build my own unique, symmetrical, color coordinated spaceships. With my creativity sparked at a young age my mind started cooking up ideas. I was given a camera a couple years later and that’s where my creativity started to flourish. I saw the world around me, and found the beauty in the world through my lens. I was told I had an eye for photography and started taking unique pictures. This continued through my teens but I still hadn’t put the idea together. My grandmother would tell me I had something special to share with the world and that gave me the confidence to dream. Out of high school I started thinking about what I could do with this eye of mine. At around the same time I started djing and getting invested into the idea of creating music. In my 20’s I went to a music school where my talents were starting to get recognized. I got serious about creating something that could encapsulate my creative pursuits. I conjured up the brand 10:10 Multimedia which encapsulates all of my creative pursuits paired with my stage name of Tin Tin, a play on words. 10:10 happens twice a day and maybe you’ll remember the name.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I think musically I have a fresh take on concepts involved in rapping. My beats are unique, Ive always strived to make something new, something I haven’t heard before. I make music across many different genres and like to have a versatile sound. As far as my photography and art it’s just different. the angles, concepts, and execution all come together to create something spontaneous which has an interesting result. It has taken years to hone in my skills and build the confidence to develop my brands. There have been many obstacles Ive had to overcome and Ive been taken off my path many times but I never let the dream die.I always found a way to find myself. and get back to what was truly important to me. I think patience and persistence have been the biggest lessons and take aways Ive gathered from my experience. Im just starting my journey but I want to use my time to be a positive impact on this world in the way that I can.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Ive always been a fan of the outdoors. I also love food. Id say we could start with grabbing some food at one of my favorite restaurants Golden Buddha. in Decatur. We could go drive around the city a bit and maybe catch a show at. Buckhead Theatre. Afterwards we could go hangout at the Evergreen hotel at Stone Mountain. The next day Spend some time decompressing over looking the lake from the balcony the rooms have. Spend the day exploring the park and having a good time. Maybe grab some pizza from Felinis later on. The next day we spend some time driving around Atlanta looking at all the sites to be seen and take in the vibe that is Atlanta. Spend. some time at Piedmont park and hang out. Grab a nice dinner from Stk and call it a night. I was always a big fan of edm so the next day we could chill out and relax throughout the day and go catch a DEF show or a show at aisle 5 or the eastern. For the rest of the trip were going to the mountains and chilling up in a cabin somewhere enjoying the rest of the beauty Georgia has to offer.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Id like to start this by giving recognition to my grandmother, Brenda Vail. She passed away earlier this year but she helped me believe in my talents and learn how to dream. My other grandmother Marion Julian helped to show me unconditional love and saw something special in me at an early age. My Dad helped give me a more functional, stable life than what I came from. It helped me develop and find myself. My mother also saw talent in me later on in life and urged me to continue my pursuits. My sister Diamond always pushed me to keep pursuing these ideas that I had. My uncle Teddy recognized that same talent and took the time to assure me of what I had. Later on in life I had two instructors Kevin Wilson and Brooke Beytin. They taught me life lessons, showed me ways I could grow and change, and took the time to recognize gifts that I had. Id also like to give my friends a shout out, especially Duke and Joel and all the people along the way who saw me and encouraged me to keep pursuing my dreams. Lastly my girlfriend Cera has pushed me to grow and has helped to provide a space for me to flourish, loving me along my journey.
