We had the good fortune of connecting with Quan Woods and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Quan, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Honestly, my thought process was providing for my family and being able to create generational wealth for nieces and nephews. Also, I enjoy helping others and I get that opportunity each and everyday.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m a Realtor and I love being able to help others. My passion and love for real estate propelled me to join the awesome industry. Being able to help and see others move into their dream home is the best feeling in the world. My twin brother and I also own a sanitizing business called Lookout Germs Justice which we started during Covid. We saw the need to be safe and educated on the pandemic. Safety was a priority and we wanted to be able to help anyway we could. I would like the world to know that I put my ALL into everything I put my mind to and I’m going to make sure I succeed.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend came to visit we would visit so many places. I would start off at Puttshack. It’s mini golf with a twist it’s so much fun and they have good drinks. Then I would take her to a nice sit down restaurant. I like two urban licks and I like Steel as well.My favorite food is sushi so i always love trying any new sushi spot. I would suggest going to the comedy show so that we can sit back and laugh alol night. Then we would finish the night with some dancing at the local bar called Friends. With all of that we would have so many memories to share and capture.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my loving resting departed parents. I lost them at an early age and I’ll strive to continue to make them proud of me. They instilled in me morals, kindness and treating everyone like you want to be treated. I would also like to dedicate this shoutout to my loving husband and my twin brother who has supported me since the womb.
