We had the good fortune of connecting with Princess & Madisyn Walton and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Princess & Madisyn, can you share the most important lesson you’ve learned over the course of your career?
Being a business owner comes with its ups and downs, however, consistently is key. Knowing your produce and delivering the best customer service is the way to consistent customer satisfaction. Love what you do and the rest will follow. We also learned that people really love our bath bombs especially the oatmeal bath.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Well, outside of entrepreneurship, I’m a full-time student and train mechanic. I know, but yes I fix trains. Almost 16 years actually. Madisyn is a raising fifth grader that enjoys tumbling in gymnastics class. I’m proud of her, she is committed to learning this back hand spring and practice is really paying off. So, when we’re not making bathbombs it’s, books, gymnastics, and work.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Most of my friends are seafood and steak eaters, so anything down Georgetown DC that serve those types are things would be the move for us.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to shout out my family. My family has supported us on our journey since we’ve started. Their support and daily encouragement has kept us motivated to continue with our business. Shoutout to my friends as well, I have some really great friends. When we have pop-ups they come out and support.We appreciate that. I love yall for that.
