We had the good fortune of connecting with Prepp and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Prepp, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
I feel like I needed someway to brand myself without in a way that when people see hear or talk about my brand they’ll be like oh that’s Prepp’s
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m most excited about the rebranding of FLVRS right now the hardest part of having my own brand is doing everything myself from finding color waves printing cutting and designing but I rather do it on my own than not have it done at all. I overcame all my challenges by repeating that I have to be consistent with whatever I do no matter what it is. I’ve learned that every one isn’t going to support you no matter how close y’all are rather your family or friends. I want the world to know that this brand is pure all love and shows love to every skin tone.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Well since I’m part of the nightlife culture and I also like to eat a lot I would have a whole set of things we would do even though we would just wing it.
But def take them to triton food truck park for food
Cirque blue for happy hour drinks and food
We would definitely go to check out blue cantina
I would bring to vision on Wednesday for the best rooftop vibe hookah drinks food and a view of the city.
We would go to the battery hit up fat Tuesdays for sure
And there’s a couple parks that we would go vibe at.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to dedicate this to every person who shows me GENUINE love and support because I know they actually want me to win.
