We had the good fortune of connecting with Porsche Kizer and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Porsche, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was not the easiest thing to do. However, the motivation, passion and faith I have in what I do as a business owner makes starting a business worth every effort. Being the face of your own business gives you the ability to understand the meaning of marketing and promoting the brand you took time to research and develop on a personal level. Having your own business gives you control of knowing the ins and outs of having great customer service– while enjoying the luxury of working for yourself. The mental and physical process behind starting my own business can be illustrated in the preparation and consideration I had in creating a platform were every woman, every race, every age and every size could be comfortable in their skin and what they wear. As a business owner, I had to always remember when trying to start a business– Nothing beats failure but a try.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I am the CEO and Founder of Endless Allure, which was established in August 2014. Being a native form Memphis, TN I have always had love for Fashion and Beauty. At the age of 16, I was taught basic level sewing by my grandmother and decided to turn my passion into a career. My mission for starting Endless Allure is to ensure that every woman of every size and color can be beautiful at any time. So, lets break down what the name Endless Allure stands for. Endless is defined as having no end or limit (forever). Allure is defined as the quality of being powerfully and mysteriously attractive (glamorous). Endless Allure is a company where women can be Forever Glamorous. The thing that sets me apart from any other business is that I focus on styling women from head to ankle (yes, I did not say head to feet) by selling things that women can use to style themselves on a daily. The thing that I am most excited about is being able to wake up every day knowing that I have a business that is growing and profiting. Has it been easy? No. However, the drive, motivation and impact I have on others throughout my journey has been amazing. There has also been a lot of challenges which consists of making mistakes and learning from those mistakes. Some lessons I have learned while having a business is that everything is not always handed to you. You have to work for what you want and believe in it. So, what do I want the world to know about Endless Allure? I want the world to know that Endless Allure will be more than just a brand but a movement. I want to impact more people by giving advice on what to do to start a business instead of just talking about starting one. I want the world to know when they see Endless Allure, they are seeing something great happening right before their eyes. As stated before, Endless Allure is more than just my dream and passion, it’s a LIFESTYLE.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
When my best friend comes into town the first stop will be brunch at Toast on Lenox. We would then continue the day by going shopping at either Saks Phipps Plaza, Perimeter Mall or The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta. My best friend also loves going to the Trap Museum and exploring the downtown culture. For dinner we would probably end up at Morton’s the Steakhouse or STK Steakhouse. If my best friend would come in to visit on a Thursday night, we would go to Harold’s Chicken and Waffle for some Karaoke. Since the pandemic there has been a lot of places that have closed but we can always find something fun to do.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
First, I would love to give all credit and recognition to God who is the head of my life. God has always shown me that you will have to go through certain obstacles to eventually see the finish line. Secondly, I would like to give a special recognition to my mom, who has always instilled in me that you should never give up on you dreams and to always remember to put GOD first and the rest will fall in order. Finally, I would like to give credit and recognition to my family and friends who have encouraged and supported me. I am a firm believer that it takes a village to raise a child and my success has not just been from one individual– but my village.
