Hi Paul, what is the most important factor behind your success?
Taking the time to do the due diligence on each property to make sure it’s a deal and to verify it with local realtors

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I specialize on buying real estate all over the US. I have bought and sold properties in 44 of 50 states. We also have an educational program that teaches others how to do what we do

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
I would take them to 5th avenue in downtown Naples for dinner. Next we would spend a day in Marco Island and watch the sunset from the 4th floor sunset bar on the beach. I would take them to East Naples to play and watch pickleball. I would also take them to Mercatto where there are a bunch of great restaurants and shopping.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
