We had the good fortune of connecting with Paris Corley and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Paris, where are your from? We’d love to hear about how your background has played a role in who you are today?
I’m Originally from a small town in the deep South called (Allendale) or some people know it and surrounding areas as the (Low country). Growing up in the south and being so different and LARGER than life had a huge impact in making me the strong woman I am today. My mindset was always small town girl with BIG city dreams. In being such I was I was judged a lot because my way of thinking and doing things it was NEVER the traditional way. Me being a strong minded individual I broke away from all the judgment and doubt of that and forged on my own journey of self discovery and manifesting the life I was deserving of and wanted for myself.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a Transgender woman currently living in Charlotte North Carolina perusing modeling and working on all of my creative sparks that ignite in me. I don’t like to be boxed in or just limited to one thing. Modeling and fashion is my passion but I also have a love for music, Beauty, hair & makeup etc and entertainment in general which I share so much openly with my amazing supporters on social media. I’m a transgender super star with so much life and talent that I bring to the table just waiting on my chance in the industry and being discovered, I also have my own virgin Hair company called Paris Hair Kouture which I will be re-launching very soon. I’ve faced a lot of adversity throughout my journey but although a lot of it came from other people my biggest obstacle was self, I missed out on a lot of opportunities and things in general because I wasn’t accepting of myself and my journey and had so much to love and learn about me, Once I opened myself up and learned that my life drastically changed for the better and I finally began to understand the true meaning of Life and Happiness

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’m a girly girl and love chill vibes, So we’d start of our week with a nice relaxing mani/pedi with some wine of course. Then We would head off to one of my favorite sushi places in the city called Blacow! It’s a sushi and burger bar. One night of we’d get dolled up and have to hit a lounge or hookah bar andd depending on how spontaneous we’re feeling that week may end up at a tattoo and piercing shop as well! Our week would be full of fun vibes and great food. I’m a gemini who likes to stay social and doing things so our time in the city would be nothing short of that!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d love to dedicate a shoutout to my amazing mother (Jodi) She’s been such a huge role model all throughout my life as well as an amazing supporter through every part of my journey. She had me at a very young age and had all odds against her and proved everyone who doubted her wrong, She’s literally my Wonder woman and I hope one day I can be just like her. She’s always managed being the best mom on top of raising my brothers and sister, her career and following her goals and dreams as well. Nothing for us was ever easy or handed it took hard work, dedication and many sacrifices along the way but no matter what she NEVER gave up on herself or us and always came through every obstacle as a winner with many lessons and growth along the way. She’s truly an inspiration
