Meet Pablo Maldonado-hernandez | Actor & Comedian

We had the good fortune of connecting with Pablo Maldonado-hernandez and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Pablo, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
Risk is something that I often do and I don’t play by the rules. There were so many risks I’ve taken to the fact I’ve lost count. My biggest one was leaving my dream career job behind. It was either find another career while being in negative from my bank account or be stuck in the house job searching with a bunch of interviews just to get turned down and never get the accept til year or two from now. I lost everything but it paid off.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Probably the greatest thing to ever happened to me. I love it. I like to portray other characters and see the outcome. Mostly proud of myself achieving a childhood dream that all started from a joke to reality but getting to there was no joke. I lost everything and mind you started from nothing with a few help but everything else was on my own. I might sound wrong but it’s true that you have lose everything. I always tell folks no matter what there is, there will be a time that you have to leave things behind that you don’t want to do but it’s needed for your own benefit.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Aww mannn. As a local, I usually tell people check out at this bar called Moondogs in the Buckhead area or this club Havana Club at Buckhead as well if you want drink or hangout, especially with the boys. Best place to visit if you had to ask me is Atlantic Station or Ponce City Market. Best hidden gem is Trilith Studios next to the shopping center, easily hands down the best hidden spot. Can’t forget about the food, Fellini’s Pizza is easily my top place since I’m a bit of pizza guy. Also wings too! Wings food scene is pretty big here in Atlanta. I recommend wings from Magic City, JJ Fish & Chicken, and Hungry AF some of the best wings I had. Thank me later.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Thanks to few kept it who been there in the beginning like Zachary, Woodson, Krishma, and Arthur just to name a few. Real story now. I was mostly inspired from this thing called ,“The SoundCloud Rap Era”. It’s just how a few people have their own brand or portray gimmicks. The few people who stood out the most is Lil Uzi Vert, Lucki, Playboi Carti, XXXTENTACION, and Juice WRLD if you want to say “celebrities” wise. They impacted me who I am. I used to be called weird and looked differently from everyone because I didn’t fit in, a few understood where was I coming from. Shocking, I’ve spoken to Juice WRLD before his passing and it hurts thinking about the last conversation. I was 16 or 17 I believe. All I remember was asking him for an advice, didn’t expected him to predict my outcome in few years. I was told that I will impact someone’s life. I wish he was still here and able to see me I made him proud.
