Hi Onisha, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
For us, success is about accomplishing our mission. That mission is to provide best practices within the industry and building a sustainable, profitable business to support our family. Being able to visualize our success. Practice more than we preach. Communicate effectively in addition to being able to commit to our goals.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Events and More is a full service event and wedding planning business who also specialize in a day of coordination and decorating. Onisha’s & Shanna event experience is known for creating detailed timelines, helping to determine and manage your budget, attends site tours and menu tastings & oversees everything on the wedding day/event day. Events and More also makes sure everyone adheres to the timeline by exceeding beyond any expectation! We are proud to say that the support has been nothing short of amazing. We want the world to know that that they haven’t seen the last of us. It’s only up from here. Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
