We had the good fortune of connecting with NX2 and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi NX2, what led you to pursuing a creative path professionally?
We simply love the music and pretty much all our lives have had music within our family many generations before us. Music is pretty much in our DNA that’s simply all we know.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
Our music is very soulful it’s a youthful sound but we have full meaning and messages in every piece of art we create.

We’re most proud of how far we’ve came and and most excited for our future and where we’re headed.

We started at an early age working everyday put together a team and formed a group of people that believed in us.

Keep the distractions on the outside and never let them alter the direction you’re trying to go. In other words never let them stop you from moving forward.

Nothing came easy no matter what ties we had in the music industry before us we still had to work set goals and create our own path to success.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
Uptown Charlotte and of course we would take them to our amazing malls in the area. We’d also take them to visit some of the sports games around the city.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
We wanted to dedicate our shoutout and give a little credit to our team staff and all of our support system that’s been involved in our careers since the beginning.
