Hi Nubia, what is the most important factor behind your success?
I believe that anyone can be successful in any job, when they love and enjoy what they do.

I love my work, I love meeting new people, help families to find a home it doesn’t matter if it is a first-time buyer or an experience buyer, the feeling of been part of a positive change in a life of others, it is very rewarding. I believe that people trust me on one of the biggest investment of their lives , because they notice that I look forward to help them achieve a dream and I don’t look at them as a transaction. So that has a huge impact on the success and referrals that I get from past happy clients.

What should our readers know about your business?
I’m a Real Estate Agent. As said before, what excites me the most it is that I can witness the happiness and the dreams achieved by my clients. Every case is different and special for me. The fact that I can orient and help people that have tight finances to buy their own home it is especially rewarding. I will always be going to listen and care about my client’s necessities in the first place, understanding that the process may be frightening for some of them, so my job it is to take them by the hand and making them feel comfortable with the process without rushing them to take decisions. I’m always going to give them a professional advice and guide them on how to be prepared and ready to buy or sell in the most honest way possible.] It wasn’t easy to get where I am now. It is cost me entire nights without sleep, missing family or friends events, endless hours studying new ways to help people to be loan approved or sacrificing personal time to go to continuing educational classes because I want to be better prepared. Entire days without eating single meal because I am negotiating a contract or attending calls from agents when I’m selling a property. But all that has been giving me the experience that I have now and I’m so happy for that. Now, I can manage better my time, because I found great agents that can help me when the life gets busier than expected. Everyone needs some rest and that is refreshing too !!

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
Atlanta has a lot to offer. I love indoors. If it is summer, I would take my friend to do kayaking. Maybe Chattahoochee River or Lake Allatoona which are very close to my place. Lake Lanier to rent a small boat and spend an afternoon there. Avalon to have dinner and hear live music on Friday’s evening. Downtown Roswell or Downtown Alpharetta are great places to walk and have dinner and are very close to me. Downtown Woodstock as well that has become very trendy with a very relax and family-oriented places. To do hiking in Amicacola Falls or some trails near Roswell like green way. Of course, the coca-cola museum, the aquarium, the botanical gardens and the zoo are some of my faves , stadium and the battery

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I have many people in my life that have been encouraging me to dream big and accomplish those dreams. First off, the support of my family has been immense. I always remember the confidence that my father gave me when he believed of what I could achieve. He didn’t question my capabilities or expressed concerned about my gender and my career. I used to work with him as an architect (a field that supposed to be more men-oriented career) so I learned that there is not an obstacle if you really want to do something, whatever it is… My mother is a big example too and big inspiration always, day by day she encourages me to be a better person with a big support from her. Other than them, I always find an inspiration on a fellow agent, Every day I learned something new from somebody, I wouldn’t finish naming all the people that inspire me to be better person and professional
