We had the good fortune of connecting with Nikki and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nikki, do you have any habits that you feel contribute to your effectiveness?
Being consistent, surrounding myself with inspiration from all angles, and having a passion for what I was doing.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?

My digital content varies from outfit pictures, and modeling, to short-form, and long-form videos. The overall focus of my content is fashion inspiration. I inspire others through either what to wear, how to style articles of clothing, or through shoots I model in or pictures I take.

I am most proud of how consistent I have been while living my life. I continue building an audience and elevating my content creation while enjoying every bit of it. This is a huge accomplishment to me.

Getting to the point where brands and companies are partnering with me for collaborations and paid deals has been a journey. It was not easy though. With time, consistency, and growth, the opportunities came. It definitely was not overnight and it took hours of developing my content and growing in what I created to reach where I am today.

A lesson I learned along the way was to always remain true to my brand and overall image. An example of this would be to not agree to work with every brand that reaches out just because it means free clothing or money. Making sure that it aligned with my style, brand or image was a key factor in my decision.

I want everyone to know that, despite the work and effort I put into building my brand and growing on multiple platforms, I didn’t do this on my own. Ultimately, I give glory to God, and without him, my works could not have brought me this far.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend were visiting the area I would take them through downtown and midtown Atlanta. Instead of driving, however, I would suggest we use the following forms of transportation: MARTA, Lime/Bird scooters, and our feet. There are so many sights to see throughout Atlanta and taking the scooters through some of these areas would make it 10x more exciting. Viewing the city buildings, Georgia State campus, other universities in the city, Midtown stores, food spots, the Museum, World of Coca-cola, etc. Throughout the week we can visit multiple places on foot, train, and scooter rides to give my friend the ultimate city life experience.
