We had the good fortune of connecting with NICHOLE RICHARDSON and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi NICHOLE, have you ever found yourself in a spot where you had to decide whether to give up or keep going? How did you make the choice?
Honestly, I never think of giving up. When you are working for a company and your immediate supervisor or boss gives you a task that you know is difficult to complete, do you give up? risk losing your job? or even being reprimanded for not completing your task. The answer is NO; therefore, I operate in the same mind set. Go big or go home so giving up is never an option.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
As an Author, who has now published two books titled ‘Did you find your purpose’ and ‘How did you find your purpose’ I was successful selling my books not only in the United States, but internationally. I am a motivational speaker that had the opportunity to speak in various arenas and provide impactful messages to my audience. When it comes to my second love which is acting, I have already had the opportunity in performing recently in a Broadway play. If that was not enough, I am now the owner and mentor for several men and women who are starting their business or branding their business through my mentor group called MCLC Circle. I am most proud of being a mom, blessed to find a supportive partner, and finding my purpose. In order to find success in what you do professionally, you have to keep working hard, stay focus, never lose hope or faith that your dreams will come true. Now success is never easy however, it is very rewarding when you can accomplish a goal that you have set for yourself. I have learned to expect little and give a lot. I definitely want the world to know that finding your gift, purpose, and mission in life is more rewarding than just living life.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Atlanta has many opportunities and places to visit. Personally, I love nature so the mountains and hiking trails in Atlanta is a must. As an Virgin Islander, dining out is not big for me however,  I love seafood so any 4- or 5-star restaurant that provides quality seafood will get me anytime. when you are in Atlanta checking out the local businesses, boutiques, and Broadway shows, should be on your list.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
There are so many individuals, too many to mention, that has helped me on my journey. First, definitely my creator Jesus Christ. As a believer, I believe that having a strong spiritual connection helps you focus, meditate, and provides strength. My husband and children who continue to motivate me and provide the emotional support needed to continue my journey. My sisters in Christ, who allows me to vent and share my passion for helping others while making success for myself. My friends who are not around me every day however are always available for any question and concerns I might have about a particular topic. My motto: There is strength in numbers, and we should identify those individuals in our lives that provides those resources.
