Hi Neha, do you disagree with some advice that is more or less universally accepted?
Looking at your plate with the lens of Calories and macros is what I disagree with. Food should be combined traditionally which is automatically at the right ratios and proportions to get the maximum Nutrients out of it.
Protein is not a hero of the plate neither is Carb the villain. So stop quantifying & comparing various Food groups. There are 3 macros for a reason. They all are needed since they work in synergy and not in isolation. Remember in physics we learnt, everything is relative. So stick by the nature’s laws and live a vibrant life without confusions.

Putting my thoughts and process into a business structure was difficult. In a way it should be profitable for me plus my clients should experience the results.
Running a digital business is no joke.
I invested in a online business coach to learn how things work. How to set up my business funnel that allows me to do what I love to that is to serve people.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I love Seattle. its full of greenery. If it was a week long trip, then I would suggest you to cover Pike Place Market and Pier Port on day 1. Day 2 will be Mount Rainier with gondola rides and enjoy the snow. Day 3 would be Leavenworth road trip. The road trip itself is very beautiful.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Yes, definitely, I would like to thank my MOM. All the traditional wisdom I have been learning about is passed from my mother and her mother and her mother in law. She has shared so much of common sense nutrition aspects with me, which after implementing Me, my family & clients have seen tremendous results that go beyond weight loss.
