We had the good fortune of connecting with Nathan Bufford and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Nathan, what do you attribute your success to?
The foundation of both Innovative Global Solutions Network’s success and my personal journey has been the strong, lasting relationships I’ve built across diverse industries. These connections have allowed me to establish a reliable, adaptable network that drives consistent growth and opportunity.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Innovative Global Solutions Network (IGSN) is a dynamic management consulting firm with a sharp focus on Commercial Real Estate specializing in Net Lease transactions across diverse industries including QSR, Retail, Industrial, Government, and Data Centers. What sets us apart is our hands-on approach and strategic use of Data Point technology, combined with a powerful off-market network that allows us to source, structure, and close deals entirely in-house.

My journey here wasn’t paved with ease it came through calculated risks, hard lessons, and the humility to ask questions of those ahead of me. In doing so, I built meaningful relationships and a network that continues to open doors.

Every challenge became a turning point by analyzing the business, pivoting when needed, and surrounding myself with experienced voices, I stayed committed to the vision and never lost faith in the bigger picture.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Don’t burn bridges. Don’t be the gullible fish. Don’t be the shark. Be water adaptable, calm, and resilient, even in the eye of the storm.

Today, IGSN is growing nationwide and soon globally. The story of our brand is just beginning. If you’re on your own journey and need insight, support, or a strategic partner reach out. I’m not hard to find, and I’m always open to building something greater, together.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
First and foremost, all credit belongs to my Lord and Savior. I’m incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of my parents, family, and brotherhood each of whom played a vital role in shaping who I am today. A special thank you to Mrs. Anna Jackson for launching the Career Prep Program in Carbondale, Illinois, which expanded our perspectives, mindsets, and life skills at a pivotal time. I’m also thankful to Barma ‘Shane’ Staten and Antonio Randolph for opening the door and giving me my first opportunities at Sound Mind Ent & Peachtree Music Group. And to the associates who truly saw me Benji, Randy and Mark thank you for investing your time, guidance, and resources into my journey. Your belief in me helped lay the foundation for the success that continues to grow today.
