We had the good fortune of connecting with Morgan and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Morgan, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
My momentum in working toward success helps me stay focused and avoid sabotaging my own goals in my music career.

I mainly just keep going. I’m very talented, and what I do helps me move forward. I know how far I’ve come, so giving up isn’t really an option for me. When it’s something you love doing, you have to keep going and never give up.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I’m a singer, songwriter, musician, and music producer, and I like to create melodic sounds that are pleasing to the human ear.

What sets me apart from others is my ability to play the piano and sing unique melodies that you won’t hear anywhere else—they’re all original.

I’m proud of the completion of my album Body of Work and how far I’ve come as an independent artist.

With the help of my parents and artist development, I became professional. It was easy and natural at times because of my talent, but certain things took hard work and dedication to perfect.

I have learned that practice makes perfect, and believing in yourself helps you in your creative spaces.

Even though I’m autistic and was nonverbal until age 5, I deserve to dream and be all that God has called me to be. My brand represents positivity, creativity, inclusivity, acceptance, and excellence.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Day 1: We’d kick things off at Main Event, bowling strikes and battling it out in the arcade.

Day 2: Off to Six Flags! But don’t worry, we’re skipping the terrifying roller coasters and sticking to the fun, chill rides.

Day 3: Movie day at Atlantic Station—popcorn, laughs, and whatever’s new on the big screen.

Day 4: Time to hit the mall and treat ourselves. Expect to leave with shopping bags and smiles.

Day 5: We’re exploring the BeltLine, grabbing good eats and hanging out at Ponce City Market.

Day 6: It’s game day at my place! We’ll be going head-to-head on Xbox, PlayStation, and the computer all day long.

Day 7: To wrap it all up, we’re hitting a karaoke spot and singing our hearts out, off-key or not, we’re owning it!
