Hi Michelle Enjoli, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I realized through the work I was already doing in my professional life that there was a gap in communication, understanding and real connection among multicultural and multigenerational employees and leaders at companies. I wanted to help students, professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs acquire the skills necessary for them to excel in an everchanging business environment.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am a bilingual international speaker and career mentor who helps others connect in order to find success professionally. My ability to connect with others helped me land my dream job as a college student and then years later create another dream job for myself. It was via many candid conversations over coffee that I was given insights into the stories and struggles that professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs at every age and level face professionally. A life changing event 5 years ago sparked a desire in me to help others navigate through their struggles professionally. I credit my success in business to my insatiable curiosity and empathy for others. I want to help others use their unique stories to recognize their power and find the right path professionally.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I want to give a shoutout to my network of trusted advisors, leaders, employees, clients, mentors and mentees who have motivated and entrusted me with their knowledge, candor and experiences. Without these conversations and coffee chats, I wouldn’t be able to help others navigate through their professional journeys.
