Hi Mia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
Starting my own business was a decision that was driven by a combination of factors. Firstly, I have always had a passion for entrepreneurship and the idea of creating something of my own. I saw it as an opportunity to pursue my own ideas and vision, rather than working for someone else.

Secondly, I wanted to have more control over my own destiny and financial future. I saw starting a business as a way to take charge of my own success and potentially create more financial stability for myself and my family.

Lastly, I saw a gap in the market for a product or service that I believed I could provide better than what was currently available. I saw starting my own business as a way to fill that gap and provide value to customers in a unique and innovative way.

Overall, my thought process behind starting my own business was driven by a combination of passion, desire for control and independence, and a belief in my ability to provide value to customers.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I am filled with excitement as I continuously learn new techniques and embrace personal growth every day. My journey to where I am today has been paved with unwavering hard work, dedication, and the invaluable support of my customers, friends, and family. It hasn’t been an easy path, but it is one that constantly evolves. Throughout this journey, I have learned invaluable lessons: to persist without giving up, to not be deterred by the opinions of others, and to always stay updated with the latest trends. I am determined to make a lasting impact in the baking/caking industry and I want the world to recognize that Another Pink Cake is here to stay and revolutionize the industry!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
To ensure a memorable experience in Atlanta, I would take my visitor on an unforgettable journey. Our itinerary would include a visit to my beloved spa, Jeju, where relaxation and rejuvenation await. We would then embark on a culinary adventure, exploring a selection of my favorite restaurants and food trucks, indulging in the diverse flavors that Atlanta has to offer. Of course, no trip to Atlanta would be complete without savoring the iconic Lemon Pepper Wings at Magic City. To satisfy our shopping cravings, we would explore the renowned Phipps Plaza, where a world of luxury and style awaits. And to bask in the beauty of nature, we would spend a delightful day at one of Atlanta’s picturesque parks. Together, we would create memories that will last a lifetime.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate a shoutout to my family and friends who have been incredibly supportive of me throughout my entrepreneurial journey. Their encouragement, advice, and belief in me have been invaluable in helping me take the leap to start my own business.

I would also like to give credit to the mentors and business advisors who have provided me with guidance and support along the way. Their wisdom and experience have been instrumental in helping me navigate the challenges of starting and growing a business.

Additionally, I want to recognize the entrepreneurial community and networking groups that I have been a part of. The connections and relationships I have built within these communities have been a source of inspiration, motivation, and collaboration.
