We had the good fortune of connecting with Mia Love and we’ve shared our conversation below.

What should our readers know about your business?
What distinguishes our practice is our integration of Ayurvedic medicine, holistic health, spiritual health, and mental health. We pride ourselves on providing clients with an experience that is grounded in their unique lived experiences. Our approach emphasizes the importance of herbs, crystals, fresh air, grounding, and chakra systems, along with respect for all belief systems. While bridging the gap between spirituality and religion is often challenging, we remain committed to being truthful and supportive as we help our clients navigate their paths to wellness. Our brand and story reflect the belief that walking in one’s truth and spreading light will always attract the right people. In line with this philosophy, we encourage our clients to stay present, stay grounded, and stay connected, remembering that dwelling on the past leads to depression, and worrying about the future leads to anxiety.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend were to visit me, I would want to make sure they have the time of their life, so I would start by asking what they are looking for and what has been on their mind lately. Based on their interests and needs, I would plan an itinerary that showcases the best of the area while taking care of their mental well-being. Connections matter a lot, so I would also ensure that my friends and family members are there to give my friend a warm welcome and lasting memories. At the end of the day, the goal is not just to offer a fun and enjoyable experience, but to provide a mental and emotional souvenir that will stay with them forever. I believe that everything begins with an idea, but it ends with a memory.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Everything comes from Source! Without a divine connection, none of our physical connections would be possible. To that end, I am grateful and thankful for my village!
