Hi Mary Michael, what do you attribute your success to?
The most important factor in my success has been my mindset. No matter what challenges come my way, I always manage to figure it out. I’ve never been afraid to pivot, learn something new, or put in the extra work. I truly believe no one will outwork me in my industry—and that determination has carried me through every stage of building and growing my business. I stay focused, resilient, and committed to making things happen, even when the path isn’t clear. I think hardwork trumps skill every time.

My fascination with the beauty industry has been a lifelong affair, but it was in 2019 in Atlanta, GA, that I earned my Permanent Makeup certification. The turning point came when I experienced the magic of Microblading on my own brows. Suddenly, my mornings transformed, and I found a newfound confidence that resonated throughout my day. It was a game-changer, and I knew right then that I wanted to share this transformative experience with other women. My company, IrresistiBROW, isn’t just a studio – it’s a haven for women seeking elevated confidence and the empowering feeling of looking and feeling their best. Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
My company, irresistiBROW, is located just outside of Atlanta, GA in the heart of Marietta. We are close to Marietta Square where patrons can enjoy farmers markets, amazing restaurants and local boutiques! My favorite restaurant in Marietta Square is Spring!

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
The book “You can heal your life” by Louise Hay has been instrumental in not only building my business, but in my general life as well. She teaches you how to control your mindset and the importance of a positive outlook. I truly believe this is a book everyone should read!
