Meet Marsha Dubé | Licensed Aesthetician/Licensed Aesthetic Instructor/Assistant Licensed Laser Practitioner

We had the good fortune of connecting with Marsha Dubé and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Marsha, what do you attribute your success to?
As an esthetician and spa owner, the most important factor behind my success has been creating exceptional client experiences while staying innovative and adaptable. Building trust and delivering consistent results for my clients has helped me establish long-term relationships. Additionally, investing in continuous education, staying ahead of industry trends, and offering high-quality, in-demand services like the head spa have allowed my business to stand out. Balancing passion for the craft with sound business strategies has been key to sustaining and growing my brand over the years.
Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
My business as a spa owner and licensed esthetician is built on creating transformative experiences for clients and helping them feel confident in their skin. Over the past 18 years, I’ve grown my spa into a space where wellness and results-driven care come together, offering services that not only enhance beauty but also promote overall well-being.
What sets my spa apart is the personalized attention we give to each client and our commitment to staying ahead of industry trends. Services like the head spa exemplify this, combining relaxation with results to create a truly unique experience. My approach blends advanced techniques, high-quality products, and a deep understanding of skin health, which allows me to deliver exceptional results.
I’m most proud of the relationships I’ve built with my clients and the trust they place in my expertise. Seeing the joy and confidence they gain after a service is incredibly rewarding. I’m also excited to share my knowledge with other professionals, helping them expand their services and grow their businesses.
Getting to where I am today has been a journey filled with challenges. Building and sustaining a successful spa business required resilience, adaptability, and a relentless focus on client care. Economic shifts, competition, and the demands of running a business have pushed me to grow continuously. I overcame these challenges by staying committed to education, embracing innovation, and listening to the needs of my clients.
The biggest lessons I’ve learned are the importance of consistency, authenticity, and continuous improvement. I’ve realized that success isn’t just about offering great services—it’s about creating meaningful connections and delivering value every step of the way.
I want the world to know that my spa is more than a business—it’s a passion project driven by a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. From personalized treatments to mentoring other estheticians, my mission is to inspire confidence, promote self-care, and elevate the beauty and wellness industry.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to give my full thankfulness to God first, With God’s help there were several amazing people that was placed along the way. My Mentor, esthetic guru, and friend the late Teresa Mc Comb was a blessing to my journey as an Esthetician. In September 2018 when she passed away I was so heartbroken that I wasn’t sure how I would go on, but her words and years of advice kept me going. My family is the greatest support and I do this all for them. To the best husband Sheldon and my children Dynelle and Darian that has been my rock. The Dube Family and fantastic friends have always supported me
and my business
