Meet Mareshah Grogan | Brand & Marketing Coordinator

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mareshah Grogan and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mareshah, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought process of Charday Productions was to build a business built upon stepping out on faith. I know that may sound strange but honestly, I had no idea that branding and marketing would be something I fell in love with doing. I always wanted to do something dealing with fashion. I started my career as a branding and marketing coordinator all from starting my Youtube Channel. From that point I started learning more about editing videos, building social media platforms, and capturing and editing photos. Now I get the opportunity to work for several different brands and companies from that one decision. I love to help people build their businesses from the ground up.

What should our readers know about your business?
Charday Productions is taking your vision and making it a reality. As designers, educators, artists, and entrepreneurs, you need a platform that conveys who you are and how it represents you. Charday Productions aims to capture every vital moment while pushing you into your God-given purpose. Charday Productions is designed to take media to the next level. Our goal is designed to build creative avenues for businesses and self-development. Media is actively becoming the “NEW AGE” advertising. We believe that branding and marketing are the “eyes” of your business. For this reason, it is our duty to give you “An Opportunity for Vision”. Meaning it’s time for you to see yourself as the person you want to become. With Charday Productions I am most proud of the growth and dedication that has gone into building what you see today. I am grateful for the companies that I have had the opportunity to work with and build business partnerships. There have definitely been challenges that I have had to face because there are so many people doing the same thing, completion right now is at an all-time high. The key is to be consistent no matter what. I like to see Charday Productions as my baby. If you see your business as your baby you will begin to constantly nurture and pour into your baby. So there were many things I had to learn as far as not settling on your prices, being confident and willing to network, also how to be consistent. Consistency makes change.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
If my best friend was coming into town, I would have to take her to 5 church Atlanta which is a really high-end rooftop bar in Downtown Atlanta. I would take her to the BeltLine, Stone Mountain, Arabia Mountain, and more fun rooftop bars in Atlanta. I would take her to some of the shopping plazas like Phipps Plaza and Lennox Square. I’m very adventurous I love outdoor activities and I love to get dressed and take pictures.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Behind the brand, there is always a person, and for me, I can honestly say that I would not be here without the help of God. I have to shout him out because without him nothing would be possible. He completely came in and changed my life. I grew up as the girl who was bullied and always talked about in school. So I dealt with having major insecurities within myself and dealt with having unstable environments. I know how it feels to come from nothing and trying to make yourself into something. As I was in high school I met who is now my Pastor, Rachel Senior, I met her as my mentor when I was 16 and she has truly poured into me. She showed me the meaning of unconditional love. I wouldn’t have the opportunities I have had without her. I also want to shout out to Pastor Michael Senior (husband of Pastor Rachel), he has stepped in and loved me as only a father should. I also would love to shout out my spiritual mom and dad who have been there through all of my ups and downs. They took me in and treated me as if I was their child, Kyle, and Janae Robertson. I would also love to shout out my mom and dad, Alantino Beavers, and Rebecca Grogan, thank you guys for all of the love and the support that you guys give. Lastly a big shout out to my Kingdom Empowerment Center Family and Friends. Without the help and support of you guys, I have no idea how I would have made it this far. They have shown nothing but true love and support. I’m so thankful for the many lives that have made such a huge impact on my life.
