Meet Mandy Spence | Owner of BeForeverGlam, Lead Makeup Artist

We had the good fortune of connecting with Mandy Spence and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Mandy, we’d love to hear more about how you thought about starting your own business?
Honestly I wanted to create a mobile makeup artistry business for all my clients to be able to deliver that VIP experience in the comfort of their private location. It was way for convenient even for me as an artist because I’m always on the go.
Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
My signature looks, personality and overall service sets me apart from others. I have always been complimented how professional and mature I am in my business. It took years to get to where I am now in my business, nothing was handed down or came over night. Challenges were all taken care of by God. One important lesson I’ve learned was never to mix business and personal and always take chances or bets on yourself.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well if my best friend came in town I’d love to take her down town Michigan Ave. There’s tons of stuff to experience. Love the roof tops and the 95th floor to grab drinks, for food it just depends on the mood but my go to’s are The Burger Point, Can’t believe its not meat, and of course Portillo’s.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
God! My family played a very important part in my business journey. They were all very supportive of my gift. There’s a lot that I’d love to recognize but sure here are a few. My parents, My husband, all my siblings, HB JR and of course Lauren Lahluvie ( my mentor)
