Hi Madiya (Nicole), is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success is Character! I live by 5 C’s in business “Character, Commitment, Confidence, Customer Service & Consistency)! One of my golden quote is “Your brand gets people in the door, but your character keeps them in the door “

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I’m a traveling master hairstylist and business coach! As a stylist what set me apart is my character, customer service and helping my clients to love themselves because I’m a line of business where there’s some great stylist! I know I’m good but there’s some that’s better, so I’m always looking for ways to push myself and market myself in ways that create a positive buzz! I’m alwsys studying on what others lack in, and most stylist can do hair but lack customer service, so I give my clients topnotch hair services with topnotch customer service!

I became successful business woman through difficult times because I never gave up and because of my solid faith in God! Building my business was hard and not easy, because for 12 years I was in a wilderness place in my business to where I wanted to give up but I didn’t! I had a gift to do hair but I didn’t have the confidence, I didn’t believe in myself nor my gift! It wasn’t until I started to believe in myself and my potential that I was able to conquer my business and gain the victory as a stylist! I started taking control of the gift that was given to me by becoming committed and consistent in bettering myself, marketing myself, and building my brand!

The lesson I’ve learned along the way is that if you don’t believe in yourself nobody else will, if you’re not committed to your business nobody else will, and until you see yourself as greater you’ll never be on top! You’re the first person to buy into what you do before others buy into you!

I’ve build my business as a Business Coach from the lesson I’ve learned and experience, because I want others to see and know that no matter how low they are and how long they’ve been in the place of wilderness they can come out of it and become a successful business person!

What I want the world to know about me is that I am who I am because I’ve learned to be true to myself, that’s why my business is called True 2 You! What I want them to know about my brand is to ” Be You, Be True, Be True 2 You”!

What I’m proud of and excited about is that I get to help people build their business by helping them

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
The person I would dedicate my shoutout to would be my Pastor Apostle Charlene Glover, because she believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself! She saw the greater in my when I was at my least. There was times in my beginning as a business owner I wanted to give up, but she would never let me! It’s because of her and the foundation she helped me build in Christ Jesus that makes me the successful businesses woman I am today!
