Hi Maat, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking
To grow in business or life risk must be taken. Eat makes a risk chancy is the unpredictability of it. However, if you want to expand or scale your business there’s going to be uncharted territory that which requires a leap of faith to get to the next level. Risk are how I grew my 7 figure Brand organically in 4 years. There’s no higher plateau of success with it.

Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I’m an alchemist, an artist, a creator. While I do own a business, I approach my business as a creator while delegating the logistics and moving parts behind the artistry. I create formulas with herbs for womens vaginal health, I create course for women to tap into their feminine powers, and events helping women to foster the abilities to womanifest the life of their dreams holistically the way I have.

It was not easy as this is 20 years in the making even tho my company is only 6 years old.

I’ve learned you have to believe in yourself so passionately, you will turn a non believer to your biggest fan. You can not pay attention to judgement from others. You have to heal in order to revel your true self. When you discover your true self, you’ll be able to make money off of just being you.

I want the world to know the glory I present is gorgeous but the story is ugly. I had to over comes all leveled of abuse and trauma to finally get to where I am today owning a 7 figure feminine care company FEMMAGIC. I pride myself on the integrity of my products being natural, chemical free and I will continue to make them from home to maintain that integrity for women globally until future partners can honor the quality. Your health matters more to me.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I’d take them to Gypsy Kitchen rooftop to listen to live music under the sunshine and breeze, head to the Garden Room for sips, we’d eat at Aye Tea Elle, dancing somewhere playing a mix of reggae, afrobeat, trap, and r&B. Then end the night blasting music singing our way home.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
My big shoutout is dedicated to my mother who showed me feminine energy personified which would later help me in becoming a woman. My midwife who provided herbs for me to heal myself which later became a best seller in my company FEMMAGIC. product- VAGELIXIR. My little sister Shana who helped me with my children while I struggled through grad school and identity transformations
