We had the good fortune of connecting with Lorrie Thomas Ross and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lorrie, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
My favorite saying is “Success comes in CANS, failure comes in CAN’Ts. It’s the ultimate solution-oriented and positive guiding light. When I’m experiencing conflict or challenges, instead of focusing on what I can’t do, I look at what I can do which is tremendously helpful.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
Digital marketing has so many options, which is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming.

What’s working? What can be better? What’s the next best step? Who do I trust?

I founded my marketing agency 17 years ago to help take the stress out of marketing by providing solution-oriented marketing support and optimization, putting the puzzle pieces together for long-term success. I had no intention of naming the business Web Marketing Therapy, but my clients (who did not know each other) kept calling me their marketing therapist and talked about my tough-love, growth-oriented, therapeutic approach. My ability to diagnose, prescribe, and guide healthy, sustainable marketing solutions via listening, understanding, and leveraging my expertise to help make marketing better kept bringing me back to this concept of marketing therapy, and our name and brand were born. My team and I are so proud to support great companies via thorough evaluations of all digital marketing projects, processes, wants, needs, and challenges to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions.

Web Marketing Therapy helps clients do digital marketing better, supporting you in a way that is specific to your organization. Our full-service digital marketing team can support you with everything from:

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We have so many visitors come to Atlanta, I love sharing this incredible city with them! One of my best friends was just here and we took walks along the Beltline, dined and shopped at Ponce City Market, went to the Atlanta Young Singers holiday choral concert, had a fabulous brunch at the Garden Room, dinner at Aria, took in the Garden Lights, Holiday Lights at the Atlanta Botanical Garden, and culminated with dinner at Atlas. One of the most wonderful gems to check out is the SCAD FASH museum. Before I was in marketing, I was in luxury retail and have a mad passion for fashion. The exhibitions at SCAD FASH are so incredible. I can be in the worst mood, then after walking through the art of fashion there, my spirits are instantly lifted.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I’d like to dedicate my shoutout to the incredible dream team at Web Marketing Therapy Inc. It’s such a gift to work with people I respect, love, and admire while supporting our fabulous clients!
