We had the good fortune of connecting with Lori Parahoo-Mitchell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Lori, is your business focused on helping the community? If so, how?
Yes, Embody Empress Movement helps to bring clarity to women through their own spiritual healing and upgraded mindset transformation. If I could help five women to improve their limited thinking, and heal their toxicity, they will naturally spread that healed energy to the rest of our community! When we heal ourselves, we heal the world. And that is the Embody Empress way.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We would start our day at a smooth brunch or breakfast in Atlanta, leaning towards Toast on Lenox. Then I am definitely heading out for besties spa time at the Waldorf Astoria Spa!

Mid week looks like an outing at the Vegan Social for good eats and high vibrational people!

We’ll close out the week at the High Museum and the night at a nice lounge like Continent Atlanta!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
Yes! My shoutout goes to my wonderful husband Anthony Mitchell, who has made so many things possible in my life! I’d also like to shout out Ose Logbe Ifa Temple of Atlanta who has played a big part in my spiritual journey and growth as an individual.
