We had the good fortune of connecting with Liz Fitch and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Liz, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
The most important factor behind my success, is having a great team. The success of a business, is in the team a owner builds and cultivates.I believe in taking care of the total package, not just the paying client. I invest in each individual through training, and taking a personal interest in their passion for their craft. I gain great satisfaction by successful events, as well as employing someone. I look for the positive elements, talents, and strengths, and nuture those things in each of my staff. I include my staff in the process, so they then take ownership and experience the fulfillment of their craft. This is reflected in our service to the client, from the first point of contact, to the completion of service.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
Partini’s Atlanta provides professional bartending and catering services for Weddings, Corporate, Public and Private Events. Partini’s company slogan is “Pride in the Pour”. Upon concluding interviews with potential team members, they are all asked, to define the slogan for themselves. You see, there isn’t just one answer to that. it’s a leading question, to start the thought process, and intention, of not only providing great service, but to take pride in their craft. This sets us apart, it starts with us. Then it’s reflected, from the first customer interactions with any of our team members, to the completion of service.

As mentioned before, having a diverse and great team along side me, is the core success of this business, I don’t believe in saying my team is behind me. I may be the owner, but we all own this business. A few lessons I have learned:
1. I have learned to replace the word “I”, with the word “we”.
2. Take care of both clients and staff, not one over the other
3. Everyone has potential
4. We are all having a human experience, so meet people where they are.

I want the world to know, the glass is half full. This business is about celebrating life, occasions and people. The beauty of this business, is that it brings people together from all walks of life. With that said, it is possible to geniunely be kind to everyone you meet.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I have come to absolutely love doing brunch with my girlfriends. Whether it’s a few of us or individually, it’s important to make time for each other and make memories. I have become partial to the Sandy Springs and Alpharetta area myself. A typical outting of course would be brunch, drinks and shopping. Now anyone who knows me, they know I am passionate about my nails lol. So sometimes it may be a nail salon visit then brunch : )

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
My dad always told me, as you get older you will be able to count your friends on one hand. Well, I have been fortunate enough to have a great family and friend support system. Through all my entreprenaur attempts, I must say my son, daughter, sisters, parents and my “top 5”, (they know who they are : ) , friends, have all been extremely supportive and encouraging. I also surrounded myself with other successful entrepreneurs in the local area, and learned a great deal from them.
