We had the good fortune of connecting with Lester Greene-The Connector and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Lester, what inspires you?
Well, I’m an artist. I’m an actor. I’m a rapper – so I am inspired by the sound of music. I am inspired by a Jason Bateman performance in Ozark. I’m inspired by the man jogging on the street at 4am. I try to allow my surroundings to inspire me. Why else do you live?! Inspiration keeps the spirit alive.
Let’s talk shop? Tell us more about your career, what can you share with our community?
I am an actor/producer/host. I’m very excited about my podcast show, Out On The Front Lines. I’ve interviewed some amazing guests, including award-winning actors/producers/directors as well as Emmy Award-Winning Director Diego Silva Acevedo & Syndicated Talk Show Host Kelly Young-Silva. I’m also excited about working with Naz Pankey on two shows: Finding Mister Right Now & The Highlight Reel, not to mention a new show with Lorayn DeLuca titled, In Between the Lines with Lorayn and Lester.
Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
We could start with a picnic at Piedmont Park. We could enjoy some sandwiches and just enjoy the sights. We would definitely visit the Coca-Cola building. It’s one of those places that you have to visit at least once. Maybe, visit the Georgia Aquarium at some point and then end the trip by visiting the Martin Luther King Center. I’ve been there before and the energy in that building is so strong…Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I’d like to give a special shoutout to producers Naz Pankey, Antoine Allen and Richard Malvey. Naz has helped me with my career moving forward and Antoine/Richard have helped create the man/artist you see today.
