Hi Lesly, do you have a favorite quote or affirmation?
“Tu historia inspirará a alguien un día.” “ Your story will inspire someone one day.”
– One of my favorite quotes that has kept me motivated throughout my career.
Since I was a little girl, I have always been curious about anything and everything.
I always had a question. I always found an answer. The answer I could potentially give someone who had the same question I once had.
Being a businesswoman means to be a mentor.
Throughout my life, my mother, my aunts, and my grandmas have always helped each other and taught each other things.
They genuinely cared for any person who needed help and would go out of their way to teach them. That has always stuck with me.
My dream is to continue to motivate people. I love supporting others with their dreams the way my amazing family and husband supported my beautiful dream that I have grown and is continuously growing.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I am the owner of Beauty by Lesly Maria. I specialize in hair, makeup and hair color.
I honor each of my clients and dedicate my entire time to them.
I suffer from severe anxiety. Comfortability and trust is so big for me.
I want everyone who comes to see me to feel at peace and to be completely open.
I love having a one-on-one experience with my clients. To me, it shows respect and I have built their trust in me to give them the best service.
I give quality and I love guiding my clients throughout the process.
Being any artist means being creative and excited about a new project. I love seeing things from different perspectives and finalizing it into a unique look for my client.

Where I stand today, was once a big dream of mine.
It will always be something I am extremely proud of.
It was not easy but it wasn’t impossible.
I went from working three jobs to get me through beauty school to working full time in my career.

One lesson I have learned is to put my heart, mind, and soul into my work.
The mission behind my brand and story is for every person who sits in my chair to leave as beautiful as they came in. I want them to feel amazing and to spread the same excitement I give them to others.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
My husband and I love visiting new places and trying new things. It keeps the excitement going in our lives.
One of our favorite places to visit is Florida.
Since I was little, my parents would take us to Florida at least twice a year. We love keeping up with that family tradition.
We love visiting big and small cities.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d love to thank my husband and my family for being so supportive in building my business. They had faith in me when I thought things were tough.
They guided me through my whole journey and I will forever be thankful for all of them.
