We had the good fortune of connecting with Len Jackson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Len, what inspires you?
I am inspired by ambition. I have such an strong ambition to see results for all that I have my focus on. Even when it comes to helping others, my ambition to see results for them pushes me to do everything I can to see results and happiness.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
As Head of Nxt Lvl Prep Virtual Division, I am given the opportunity to help with developing dance skills and interview prep. In conjunction with Divine Dance Studio in Marietta, GA, I teach Power Pom Classes every Monday at 8pm. These two programs allow me the opportunity to share key tips and tricks to those whom desire to try out for any professional level dance opportunity. I work to give solid information on how to stay confident while in an audition, how to shine in front of a judge, and how to set yourself apart from others in the room. Every dancer is different which means every tip doesn’t work for everyone and that in itself can be a challenge. How I overcome that challenge is by teaching everyone at a high level and focus on strengths they currently have. Nxt Lvl Prep and the Divine Dance class I teach is open to all levels of dance and genders. Dance is open to all and no one should be scared to come and learn. I encourage everyone to come and learn with me.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If I had a friend to come visit the city, I would take them to the Illuminarium to see the spectacular safari shows they produce. We would also visit the Cola Cola Museum, Aquarium and Atlanta Zoo. Ponce Market is great for cute places to eat and chat. Always cant forget about shopping, Id take my friend to North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, GA to shop till we drop with all the designer outlet stores.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I give credit and shout outs to Whitney Foster of Dallas, TX and Jasmine Lee of Baltimore, MD. These two ladies saw something in me that I was always nervous to bring out. Whitney taught me the ins and outs of the professional league dance world. She taught me how to be strong, showcase skills, and most importantly build from my mistakes. Jasmine afforded me an opportunity that has been a true blessing since the beginning. Offering me a position with Nxt Lvl Prep as Head of the Virtual Division. Without her, I wouldn’t be able share my interview knowledge, prep and dance skills I’ve learned over the years with so many whom desire to grow. I owe a lot two these ladies and will always give them shout outs when I am afforded an opportunity.
