We had the good fortune of connecting with Leandrew Miller and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi LeAndrew, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
My thought process behind starting K.I.N.G Entertainment Group Inc, was channel through my passion in being able to serve others in providing them an opportunity to obtain financial autonomy post college graduation.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
K.I.N.G Entertainment Group also known as Knowledge Inspires Notable Giving is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating student loan debt for current graduate students burdened by financial challenges. Our mission is to support these students as they embark on career paths that contribute to the American economy’s strength and vitality. We believe our efforts will prepare the next generation of servant-leaders, promote financial independence for low-income families, and positively change the trajectory for those in need.

I am most proud that I never gave up completely even when I wanted too and when my mental health was challenged. Operating a start-up organization is very hard when you are funding your business on your own, being a full time dad, a coach and working corporate America. My mom started me on my business track when I attended Tri-Cities High School. She was determined to get me grounded in business and since then I went on to build on that foundation and acquire my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Human Resource Management concentration from Jacksonville State University and my Master’s of Business Administration from Columbia Southern University and currently pursuing my Doctorate of Business Administration with concentration in Human Resource Management from Northcentral University.

The lesson I learned was that in order to succeed you have try over and over again. Failure is starting something and not finishing it! Trust the process it’s not supposed to be easy, if so everyone would be doing it.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
One of my favorite places to eat breakfast in the surrounding Atlanta area the dining experinece in Fairburn, GA, The food, the atmosphere and the staff is amazing. Plus they karoke and game nights of Friday and Saturday’s. I am a big Atlanta falcons and University of Georgia Bulldog fan. Catching a game is always on the list. One way to let of steam.is going to Nascar Racing Experience and drive a Nascar for a couple of laps at top notch speed. Lastly you have tohang out at one spot for games and have dinner at Little Alley Steakhouse.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I would like to dedicate this shoutout to my grandmother who always told me to remember Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through christ Jesus who strengthens me.

I also want to give credit to my Mom, Dad, Auntie, B4E, my kids and all of my wonderful family members and friends who have assisted me and answered whenever I called
