We had the good fortune of connecting with Latryce Golliday and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Latryce, can you talk to us a bit about the social impact of your business?
Crowns Of Love does its part to better the world by impacting women. With health and wellness being at the forefront of societies attention, we can all empathize with those who are battling any medical illness or mental illness. Crowns Of Love has a mission dedicated to uplifting women that experience hair loss & self identity issues due to medical treatments such as chemotherapy. We provided high quality hair replacement systems that mimics their hair prior to hair loss. This service aids in restoring their confidence to exist without the shadow of sickness hovering them. We help women look and feel confident even under the most difficult circumstances.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
As the founder of Crowns Of Love, I’m so honored to tend to the needs of others in a very specific way. What sets us apart is not only the quality of the product that we are donating, but we are actually providing hair replacement systems that look identical to each persons hair prior to hair loss. We are not just donating wigs- we are replacing what they lost and that is very fulfilling.

I want the world to know that Crowns Of Love is an organization centered around the idea of uplifting women. We plan to grow our foundation into the leading resource for women experiencing hair loss. Today millions of women are losing their hair from varies reasons and we aspire to restore their confidence of millions over the years.

Aside from my foundation, I also do work in Real Estate. I work with residential and commercial buyers & sellers, I also partner with investors who fix & flip properties, and I acquire real estate located in my hometown of Benton Harbor, Mi.

A long term goal of mine is to become a real estate developer that designs one of kind homes, as I love architecture and interior design- it speaks to my creative side.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
When I’m not working on building my foundation, I love to hit the town for a bit of dining, socializing, and entertainment. I enjoy Bar Margot for a delicious cocktail and chic atmosphere during the evenings. Cafe Intermezzo is hands down one of my favorite spots in town regardless of the time or day! I also make it a priority to view every exhibit displayed at the High Museum- I need art and good aesthetics in my life on the daily! Lately my Friday evenings have been spent at the Bellyard as my friend has been hosting awesome networking events for young professionals.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I definitely want to give a shoutout to my “Trio”, which consist of my Grandmother, Father, & Aunt. They are my support system and moral compass that I can always count on to keep me grounded & always remind me of who I am, what I’m made of, and the qualities that make me unique.
