Hi Latoya, how has your work-life balance changed over time?
In the last two years my business has grown so much! Now that its become much more busier, I have to set aside a few hours everyday to get tasks done, and then I make the transition to my full time job.

What should our readers know about your business?
I would say what sets me apart is my skin care products, packaging, and customer service. I treat each and every part of my business with time and attention.

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I want to dedicate this shoutout to FAD Market. They helped me get my business off the ground by allowing me to participate in local markets in Brooklyn, NY. I was able to chat with potential customers, and have them try my products in person.
