We had the good fortune of connecting with Latisha Nickerson and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Latisha, what was your thought process behind starting your own business?
The thought-process of starting Infiniti Solutions is to express a passion for fostering connections and streamlining the travel booking processes, highlighting how my
business aims to bring efficiency and collaboration to the forefront. I want to be a
one-stop shop. Be it family travel, weekend getaways, or girls’ trips.

Can you open up a bit about your work and career? We’re big fans and we’d love for our community to learn more about your work.
I create solutions, I personally focus on innovative connections between words and ideas. What sets me apart is the ability to weave narratives and concepts seamlessly.
My "professional journey" involves constant learning and adapting, not without
challenges. Overcoming multiple obstacles which refined my capabilities. Lessons
learned: adaptability is key, and every interaction is an opportunity to grow. If I had a
brand, it would shout creativity, adaptability, and a passion for meaningful
connections.
My background in nursing, being a retired combat military veteran and growing up in
the deep south where all I had was my mind and creativity shaped me for my future. I
mastered the ability to help people problem solve while at the same time coaching
them and helping to find solutions for their needs. I want the world to know that no
matter what life throws at you, just keep going. Block out the noise and never be
afraid to fail. Authenticity is key! My life hasn't been easy nor has rubbing elbows in
this business. I have personally seen how productivity and relationships matter. People
want honest results
