Hi Kyshona, what habits do you feel play an important role in your life?
The habits that I possess that will continue to bring me consistent success is:

Discipline, Honesty, Integrity, Resilience, and being a constant student: I NEVER stop learning and I know I can learn from any & everyone.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I have been helping others achieve homeownership since 2014. After purchasing my own home in 2013, I felt there was a desperate need for mortgage loan officers that still cared and put the customers experience first. So many are “sales people” and forget that this is one of their major transactions of their life. You want them to remember a positive experience.

Since Day 1, my business has been built around customer service. That is my team’s #1 priority.

I am always very proud and excited with each individual I serve to make their homeownership dreams come true!

Nothing but determination, resilience, teamwork, and a vision only I could see at most times, that got my business and brand here today. And it is only the beginning!

To answer the question, “If it was easy?”–If anything comes easy, it is not worth it. Or you did not challenge yourself to grow. A positive attitude goes a LONG WAY, believe it or not.

When you think of Kyshona Gresham AKA “The Loan Whisperer”, think: Integrity, Honesty, Support, and Optimism.
I pride myself on the branding myself as “The Loan Whisperer”. I am The Loan Whisperer and The Loan Whisperer is me.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
HMMMMMMM……I have been more of a homebody and creating my fun world at my home. But if I do step out, this is where I would take anyone:

* Restaurants: Two Urban Licks, Nana’s Chicken And Waffles, and a few hole in the wall spots. I am not a huge food connoisseur lol

* Activities: Live jazz spot, ax throwing, escape rooms, a live concert or play

* Places to visit: Chateau Elan, spa day (or days lol)

The Shoutout series is all about recognizing that our success and where we are in life is at least somewhat thanks to the efforts, support, mentorship, love and encouragement of others. So is there someone that you want to dedicate your shoutout to?
I could not be who I am without the constant support of my husband, Julius Gresham, & my children: Elijah (13), Amir (8), and Oni (5).

Along with my supporter since the day I came into this world–my daddy, Gary Aiken.
