Meet Kyle Kizziah | Co-Founder, CCO Defined Campaigns

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kyle Kizziah and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kyle, why did you pursue a creative career?
I pursued my career in Creative Leadership and Design because I am enamored with the idea of creation and the idea that if you can put your imagination to the test, you can achieve something greater than your own imagination.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
What sets me apart in the creative field is my use of bright colors, my play on light and depth, and my unique compositions. I want my art to solve problems, to simply be what it’s meant to be—without distraction, with boisterous prevalence, and undeniably showing its purpose. For example, a flyer isn’t just a flyer; it embodies a clear purpose: to sell, to invite, to showcase. A single piece can achieve all three, and it should always compel the viewer to act. If the user fails to do so, it indicates a lack of user-flow experience with the piece.
What I’m Excited About
I’m incredibly excited about creating artificial intelligence and augmented reality designs that allow people to physically step into my world and explore it, in a sense. I hope to find the technology, the right company, and the ability to build a digital world where individuals can explore and experience something bigger that originates within my mind but extends beyond their own.
My Journey into Art
I started drawing when I was little, but I truly grew into my talents by the age of 14. I began creating pixel artwork for online gaming companies, designing everything from plants and flowers to fireworks and characters. This naturally led me to creating interfaces, graphic designs, printable collateral for businesses, and eventually, animated logos for brands.
Was it easy? The creative process itself often came naturally, but it wasn’t without significant effort. I was driven by a deep need to share my world—my creations, my creative experience, my time. This meant countless hours pursuing an idea and letting it blossom. People followed, listened, and truly saw what I envisioned as I was creating, because they could experience it for themselves, even if just for a moment.
Lessons Learned
I’ve learned that you must allow yourself to dream and let your imagination not only take you but also drive you. Look at other people’s art not to copy, but to be inspired by—the colors, the vibration, the worldly view. Then, create it from your own perspective, through your own eyes, with your own hands.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
My ideal local date with a best friend would mean taking them for a hike along the nearby river walk. We’d find a giant rock jutting out over the shoreline, where the rushing water echoes against drying driftwood, all nestled within a lush forest trail. It’s a climb—a story of rocks—to get there, but the destination is truly immersive. Afterward, we’d visit the nearby chocolate shop for a sweet treat, maybe an iced coffee, before enjoying a leisurely stroll through the city, exploring window shops that tempt our eyes and wallets. Later, we’d grab a tipple at a tapas bar, followed by a lengthy dinner of martinis and exquisite Thai food, discussing our woes and wins. As the night deepens, we’d gravitate to industry after-dinner cocktail spots, gabbing about the world with cigarettes at our fingertips—a space where nothing makes sense, yet everything seemingly does, all at once.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
To Cameron Jay, I dedicate this shoutout. He’s been an immense reason for my success, helping me bring my ideas to fruition without jeopardizing myself in the process. His wisdom has taught me the value of stewarding the insights of others to develop my own life. Cameron’s mentorship and guidance have been a memorable foundation, pushing me towards success daily by helping me trust and believe in myself.
