We had the good fortune of connecting with Kreated By Look Damien and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kreated By, every day, we about how much execution matters, but we think ideas matter as well. How did you come up with the idea for your business?
I came up with my business idea, when I realized everyone was making content or had a platform, but I didn’t want to go the route of hanging a microphone ,the way everyone else did(No Disrespect to them) So I ended up shooting some footage For (Dir Starr Mazi, Lola Brooke and The Shade Room) that had a pay phone in it, than boom the idea came about instead of hanging a mic I’m going to have the artist walk up to the pay phone and rap.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
So what I got going is a platform where an artist perform there songs, but instead of hanging mics we use a real pay phone, I try to give a nostalgic kind of vibe. At first getting artist to get on this platform wasn’t easy at all because people didn’t see the worth in it but that didn’t stop me ,I figured I’ll just reach out to artist that I knew on a personal level and have them perform till it picks up, so after I believe my 3rd artist that’s when things started to pick up and artist’s from all over New Jersey started to acknowledge what we had going.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Well the first place I’ll definitely take them is out to eat at one of my favorite pizza spots Artichoke’s Pizza(I swear one of the best pizzas I ever ate), than take them over to this wall they have in Jersey City that has a wall plastered (Spray Painted) with a whole bunch of dope stuff (of course if that’s what there interested in) also would bring them along set with me while I record a Pay Phone Performance, let them get a feel of what I do on the daily basis.
