Hi Kiss, do you have some perspective or insight you can share with us on the question of when someone should give up versus when they should keep going?
When you’re in the studio grind, deciding whether to keep pushing forward or change up your sound can be a tough call. Here’s the scoop: If your music ignites that spark inside and feels true to your artistic soul, keep riding that wave. But if it’s holding back your creativity and putting a damper on your vibe, it might be time to switch up the beat and explore new rhythms. It’s all about staying open-minded, trusting your instincts, and recognizing when a fresh approach can lead to even more musical magic. My debut psychedelic EP, “Boundless,” signaled a shift in my artistic journey in 2020, moving away from my aggressive rap persona towards expansive, experimental soundscapes. This evolution continued with the release of my transformative album, “The Mystical Love Continuum,” in 2022—an emblem of my growth as an artist.

With a musical journey starting back in 2014, my dedication garnered recognition from industry giants like Metro Boomin, Sonny Digital, and $not. Beyond the studio, I curated and performed at numerous hard techno raves and showcases in Atlanta, imprinting my unique sonic signature on each performance.

My sonic influences draw from the psychedelic explorations of Crystal Castles, the avant-garde allure reminiscent of FKA Twigs, Hans Zimmer, and the soul-stirring depths akin to The Weeknd. However, my artistic expression extends beyond sound into my iconic black makeup style and enigmatic all-black leather fashion—an embodiment of mystery that captivates everyone I encounter.
