We had the good fortune of connecting with Kimisha King and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kimisha, how did you come up with the idea for your business?
The idea of my business was given to me by God. My assignment is to help women birth their vision and walk in their purpose so when the opportunity came for me to birth my vision it came naturally.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
I have built a reputation through my volunteerism. Over the years I dedicated my life and resources to ensuring that women and youth are equipped with the strategies to reach their goals. I am excited to know that in a span of four years, I have impacted thousands of women by committing to my assignment ( helping women win) It is never easy to carry the torch of your vision because you will be tried and tested but the race is never the swift but he who endures to the end. I accomplished being an Author, Publisher, Podcaster, international speaker, content creator, certified master trainer, certified international life purpose coach, visionary strategist, and entrepreneur all by being resilient—the ability to go beyond what is expected to achieve the extraordinary. My mom taught me resilience by seeing her overcome obstacle after obstacle and never complained or quit on my sister and I. I have overcome challenges by seeing them as stepping stones, the path I have to take to get to the other side. I learned to take breaks but never stop I can slow the pace down but never give up. I have learned that every challenge was sent to strengthen and develop me. You can do anything if you just believe!

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
In Barbados, you have to go to the beach of course! Take a trip on our beautiful submarine, experience our nightlife in our town called Oistins, grab great food at Worthing Square, and sample foods from many food trucks and stalls. Explore the island on a safari island tour, visit our rum distillery, go on our train rides, experience our cave tour, and finally take great pictures on our hills!
