We had the good fortune of connecting with Kia Osborne and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Kia, can you walk us through the thought-process of starting your business?
I wanted to generate passive income and build generational for my family doing something that I love and have a passion for. In addition, I wanted to give back to my community – and not just take.

Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?

My business offers intimate event venues/spaces to the community for intimate events such as birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties etc. What sets us apart is we cater to the common folk, the people that just wanna gather to celebrate a momentous event. Anybody can afford it.

I’m proud because I have people thank me for being in the community, giving back and helping others.

I have learned so many lessons – I’ve learned to “jump”, step out of my comfort zone, trust others and yourself, surround yourself with people you want to emulate and that financial freedom is real.

I want the world to know that I’m just like you – seek your passion and purpose.

I want my brand to speak for itself and when you see it you already know – it’s gonna be a momentous event for the common folk.

Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
Oh wow! I’m a foodie so we have to eat (a lot). If my best friend(s) are visiting the area, we are hitting a festival or concert at one of Atlanta’s parks. Definitely having brunch at one of Atlanta’s best brunch spots, like Breakfast at Barney’s. Maybe going to get pampered – a foot massage, full body massage or facial. Then we’re putting on our sexiest, freakum dress and going to my favorite nightclub with the senior citizens, Ellery’s. 😊 I just like to have fun and enjoy life fully with no restrictions and limitations.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I want to shout my son, Chandler, who introduced me to a media influencer and financial strategist, Him500 and Neo Davis. It changed my life and I’ll never think the same again.
