We had the good fortune of connecting with Keylonda Lewis and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Keylonda, other than deciding to work for yourself, what else do you think played a pivotal role in your story?
Honestly, choosing to be my authentic self was the game-changer. I’m not the typical depiction of “professional”—I show up as me, unapologetically. And that’s been my secret sauce. It allowed me to build a business and a brand that feels real, not robotic. I love creating a safe space where people feel good being themselves too, because I know how powerful that freedom is. When people feel seen, they show up better—and that’s when the magic happens.

Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
Absolutely! My art is rooted in storytelling—whether it’s through content creation, branding, or design. I see content as a way to capture emotion, intention, and impact all at once. What sets me apart is how I mix creativity with strategy. I don’t just make things look pretty—I create visuals and content that move people and grow businesses. I’m proud of how my work connects with audiences without relying on trends or paid ads. My clients come to me when they want real engagement, not just numbers.

Getting to where I am today wasn’t easy. I started out just trying to make an extra $500 a month as a freelance social media manager. I had no team, no structure—just grit. There were moments where I wanted to quit, especially when I wasn’t sure how to balance motherhood, self-doubt, and building a business. But I learned how to bet on myself, even when things didn’t make sense to others. I stayed consistent, stayed curious, and I asked for help when I needed it.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned? Stop trying to be perfect and start showing up as your full self. That’s what people connect with. That’s what builds trust.

If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me and my brand, it’s that we’re here to make marketing feel human again. I built my agency to help entrepreneurs, especially women and creatives, share their stories and grow without sacrificing who they are. My journey is proof that you don’t need to have it all figured out to start—you just have to start.

If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
If my best friend was visiting for a week, trust me—they’d need a nap after their trip because I’d make sure we hit all the best spots. I’m all about mixing chill vibes with a little adventure and good food, so here’s how I’d plan it:

Day 1 – Welcome + Foodie Tour
We’d kick things off with brunch at The Flying Biscuit Café—because their grits are basically magic. Then we’d do a casual walk around Piedmont Park to shake off the travel fatigue, maybe even hit Ponce City Market for rooftop games and views. Dinner would be at Slutty Vegan (because, hello—experience + flavor).

Day 2 – Art + Culture
Morning stop at High Museum of Art to fuel some creativity, followed by a late lunch at Krog Street Market. In the afternoon, we’d walk through Atlanta BeltLine, stopping for murals and cute small shops. Dinner with a cool, edgy vibe.

Day 3 – Spa + Self-Care
This day would be about pampering. We’d book facials. Light dinner at True Food Kitchen to keep the zen going.

Day 4 – Day Trip Vibes
Road trip to Savannah or Blue Ridge Mountains—depending on whether we want beachy or mountainy. Either way, we’d hit a winery or scenic overlook and be back late evening with snacks and playlists.

Day 5 – Content + Creativity Day
This is where I shine—we’d plan outfits and hit 2-3 locations for content (think Skyline Park, aesthetic coffee shops, and a cool mural wall). Then we’d grab lunch at Le Bon Nosh and wrap with dinner and hookah at Divan Restaurant & Bar.

Day 6 – Shopping + Live Music
We’d hit Lenox or Little Five Points depending on the budget and vibe, then head to a live music event or comedy show—maybe at City Winery or Laughing Skull Lounge. I love a fun night where we just vibe and laugh.

Day 7 – Chill + Reflect
We’d do brunch at Breakfast, go for a scenic drive or walk, then wind down with wine, skincare masks, and Netflix at home. A soft ending after a packed week.

Atlanta has so much range. Between the creatives, the culture, and the food—there’s always something exciting happening. And honestly, it’s the kind of place where every person we run into has a story to tell or a brand to launch, so the energy is always unmatched.

Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
Absolutely! I definitely want to shout out my team. I’m so grateful for the people behind the scenes who help me bring every project to life. Whether it’s content creation, design, or managing client communications, my team plays a huge role in making sure everything runs smoothly. They support me during collaborations, keep things on track, and honestly—without them, a lot of what I do wouldn’t be possible. I truly believe success is a team effort, and I’m lucky to have such a dedicated group around me.
