Meet Keya Trivedi | Quality in pharma company

We had the good fortune of connecting with Keya Trivedi and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Keya, let’s start by talking about what inspires you?
My journey as a storyteller began with a deep desire to share honest, underrepresented narratives. I was honored to be featured in Brown Girl Magazine, which opened the door to meaningful conversations and visibility. This experience inspired me to expand my voice through podcasts, where I explored culture, identity, and personal growth in more depth.
Soon after, I began writing articles, driven by a passion to unpack real-life experiences, amplify marginalized voices, and reflect on topics that matter. Each platform has allowed me to connect with a broader community, while staying grounded in the stories that inspire me most.
Alright, so let’s move onto what keeps you busy professionally?
My career journey has been anything but linear—but that’s what makes it so meaningful. I didn’t arrive at where I am today by following a map; I got here by following a sense of purpose. I’ve always believed that work should matter, that it should do more than generate results—it should generate impact. That belief is what drew me to the pharmaceutical industry.
What sets me apart is not just what I do, but why I do it. I see every challenge not as a barrier, but as a signal: something important is waiting on the other side. That mindset helped me navigate moments of doubt, professional setbacks, and the pressure to follow conventional paths. And each time I chose purpose over comfort, I grew. I found clarity. I found people who shared the same fire.
I’m most proud of the moment that the teams that came together to move mountains quietly. In pharma, we don’t often get to stand beside the patients we serve, but we know they’re there. And that’s the magic: our work helps people live fuller, freer lives. That’s a responsibility I hold close and a privilege I never take for granted.
If there’s one thing I want the world to know about me, it’s this: I lead with intention. I believe in making space for progress, for integrity, for people. And I believe that the most extraordinary work often begins with a single, courageous decision to care deeply and relentlessly.
The journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth it. And the best part? I’m just getting started.
Let’s say your best friend was visiting the area and you wanted to show them the best time ever. Where would you take them? Give us a little itinerary – say it was a week long trip, where would you eat, drink, visit, hang out, etc.
If my best friend was visiting NYC, I would plan a week to remember. We would start with a stroll through little Island, hit SoHo for shopping, and explore Brooklyn for vintage finds and skyline views.
For food, we would have a classic dinner at The Odeon, a timeless NYC spot with great vibes and later in the week, a night out at The Bungalow, where great food meets a lively scene.
On our last night, we would grab sweet treats from Milk Bar, find a quiet bench, and sit together in the soft glow of the city, savoring the moment, trading inside jokes, and saying our see-you-laters with full hearts and just a hint of bittersweet.
Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt admiration for my parents, the individuals whose quiet strength, boundless support, and enduring love have been the foundation of everything I am and everything I aspire to be. Their unwavering belief in me, even in moments when I doubted myself, has been a constant source of encouragement and resilience.
Through their sacrifices, wisdom, and tireless dedication, they have not only provided for me but have also instilled in me the values of integrity, perseverance, and compassion. Their guidance has been my compass, their example my inspiration, and their love my greatest blessing.
