We had the good fortune of connecting with Ketrina Mitchell and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Ketrina, any advice for those thinking about whether to keep going or to give up?
For me, the decision to keep going or give up comes down to a few key things—first and foremost, I always consider how much work I’ve already put into reaching my goal. When you’ve poured in hours of dedication, energy, and heart, it’s not easy to walk away. I also think about the people who are counting on me—whether it’s a team, a community, or even my younger self with big dreams. I don’t want to let them down, and I definitely don’t want to disappoint myself.

Being fully invested in my own success means that I push through challenges with persistence. I try to separate temporary setbacks from true red flags, and I constantly reevaluate to make sure I’m still aligned with my purpose. Unless there’s a clear and compelling reason that continuing no longer serves the bigger vision, I believe in sticking it out—because success often comes right after the moment most people give up.

What should our readers know about your business?
Getting to where I am today has been a journey—definitely not easy, but absolutely worth it. I’ve been in business for over 12 years, and every step has been about growth, persistence, and purpose. I started with a passion for helping others, especially youth and women, and that passion evolved into a brand that’s truly client-centered. Along the way, there were tough seasons—moments of self-doubt, financial struggles, and times when it felt like I was building alone. But what kept me going was knowing how much I had already invested and the belief that giving up wasn’t an option. I reminded myself of my “why” and stayed grounded in the bigger picture of impact and legacy. I want the world to know that my brand is personal, intentional, and built on real connection. I don’t do cookie-cutter solutions—everything I offer is tailored to the individual client, whether that’s a teen needing life coaching, a woman finding her voice, or a corporation looking to empower their team. With over a decade of experience, I bring not just knowledge, but heart, history, and a deep commitment to excellence. My story is one of resilience, purpose, and service—and I want people to feel that every time they interact with me or my brand.
