We had the good fortune of connecting with Keosha Parker and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Hi Keosha, we’d love to hear about how you approach risk and risk-taking.
I believe personally believe in taking risk, I’ve taking countless over my career. Just by up and leaving my hometown at the age of 24, on a one way flight from Michigan to Atlanta. But what seems as a no brainer for me, may be a decision that another wouldn’t dare think to take.
Risk taking is the reason I am speaking with you today. Without me taking that risk to move from MI to ATL, I more than likely would have never, I wouldn’t say started my brand, but I could definitely say GrindLife nor I would be where it is today. By me moving that put a fire under me to do something more, it gave me the peace and space to be creative, the time and opportunity to explore different paths and expand on them.
All in All without a risk or two what would your life look like? Possibly not fulfilled.

Can you give our readers an introduction to your business? Maybe you can share a bit about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
GrindLife is a Lifestyle brand for those on the GRIND. Being on the Grind can be many things; Gym, Training, Work, or Travel. What sets us apart are our morals and traditional values of GOD, Love, Family and Work/Life Balance. We provide quality products that will last a lifetime for a reasonable price point. We are not looking for a quick buck, we are trying to change lives, thru lifestyle of Grinding for what you deserve, provide the GEAR for the GRIND.
GrindlLife has been thru a lot of re-branding, finding our audience and our voice, which is not the easiest. Starting a business is easy, Maintaining and expanding is a different beast. But I overcome challenges by stepping back and looking at the brand as bigger than the challenge. One of the biggest lessons learned were not to take things personal, business is business.
I would like the world to know that GrindLife stands for something, Confidence, Progression, Innovation and we will not stop until well hopefully never!

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
GOD deserves any and all recognition. GOD has guided, given wisdom and protected me throughout not only this phase of life, but my entire life. He has given me the courage and strength to share my story, success and journey with others who believe in risk taking and constant progression.
