Meet Kelly Conley | Technology Systems & Marketing Coach

We had the good fortune of connecting with Kelly Conley and we’ve shared our conversation below.
Hi Kelly, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Never quitting! Every day in business is different. Some days will be amazing and other days you will feel like quitting. The only thing that really separates successful people from those who aren’t is not quitting. I know it sounds corny but it’s true! Even when it comes to launching new services and programs success is about being all money in and not giving up when your doubt starts to creep in.
Alright, so for those in our community who might not be familiar with your business, can you tell us more?
I own a technology systems and marketing agency. We provide done for you services for our clients which include building high converting landing and sales pages, sales funnels, email marketing, and lead generation quizzes. I also have a personal brand as a coach where I teach sales and marketing strategies for service based business owners as well as coaches. What sets me apart from other agency owners is my lifestyle. I’m not particularly flashy and I don’t spend my money and time only on luxury things. I’m more relatable than the average agency owner and coach. I value family time, mental health and balance over everything.
I’m most proud of my ability to grow a multi six figure business in my 20s while only working 20-25 hrs/week. It wasn’t easy. I overworked myself for the first few years as a full time business owner and ran myself into the ground. I overcame these challenges by changing my business model and building productivity skills and technology systems that allowed me to free up my time to scale. I want other service based business owners and coaches to know that they don’t have to work a traditional 40 hour work week to make $100k/year.
If you had a friend visiting you, what are some of the local spots you’d want to take them around to?
I’d take them to the aquarium (it’s not just for kids!), as well as my favorite girl boss spots. The Bakery Co-Working Space, Girl Boss Museum and The Battery. These are all places you can take great pictures, make memories and enjoy some really good food and atmosphere.
Who else deserves some credit and recognition?
I’d like to dedicate my Shoutout to my daughter. I’ve always had a cray hard work ethic, but she taught me to slow down, be more mindful and truly create work life balance. Becoming a mom is what led to me alter my business model and focus on growing my brand in a way that was more sustainable over time.
